Lunchtime Entertainment

A long held tradition over the lunchtimes has been the entertainment. It has always been a free event and guaranteed to keep both locals and visitors entertained.

Every year the local school and preschool children put on an act and they are always guaranteed to put a smile on all who see them. It is an opportunity to showcase our local talent and each year it is surprising who comes forward to please the crowd. It is not unusual to have our overseas visitors on stage singing either their nation anthem or another well know song from their home country.

The highlight for all is the medley by the Arrow Miners Band followed by a lively Can Can from the Buckingham Belles.
