Arrowtown, born of gold in 1862, was once a thriving gold mining town.
Arrowtown today still reflects the rich heritage of its beginnings. Arrowtown is situated just 20km north of Queenstown, in New Zealand's South Island.

Each autumn Arrowtown's trees put on a show of colour amongst the most spectacular in the world.

We have some of the most amazing scenery in the country during Autumn so come and join us to celebrate this wonderful time of the year.

The 2010 festival dates are

Friday 16th April - Sunday 25th April

with the main festival day on

Saturday 17th April
